twentyWell; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by religion. Exist not highminded, simply fright: 21For if God spared not the natural branches, have mind lest he as well spare non thee. 22Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which roughshod, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if grand continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt exist cut off. 23 And they also, if they abide non still in unbelief, shall exist graffed in: for God is able to graff them in again. 24For if thou wert cutting out of the olive tree which is wild past nature, and wert graffed opposite to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their ain olive tree? 25For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to State of israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. 26And and so all State of israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn abroad ungodliness from Jacob:

eleven:21 Exist not highminded, but fright - We may observe, this fright is not opposed to trust, but to pride and security.
11:22 Else shalt thou - Also, who now standest by faith, be both totally and finally cut off.
11:24 Contrary to nature - For according to nature, nosotros graft the fruitful branch into the wild stock; but hither the wild co-operative is grafted into the fruitful stock.
11:25 St. Paul calls whatever truth known merely to a few, a mystery. Such had been the calling of the gentiles: such was at present the conversion of the Jews. Ro 11:23 And they also, if they bide not still in unbelief. As Gentile believers will be cut off unless they "continue in the goodness of God" (Ro 11:22), so the Jews, if they abandon their unbelief, shall again be grafted in. They are not cut off by a decree of God casting them abroad, only past their own unbelief.
